Creating an account (for existing tenants or Homechoice applicants)

If you're a current or former tenant of Reading Borough Council (or Affinity), or you have a Homechoice application, please create an account here .

You'll need one of these reference numbers to verify your details:

• Tenancy reference number
• Payment reference number
• Homechoice PIN
• Homechoice application reference number

Registering as a new customer

If you don't have a current Homechoice application and are new to Reading Borough Council's housing services, please register as a new customer to get started .

Alpha: Help us test our new login system

We're trialling a new way to log in to Reading Borough Council services through My Reading Account. This is the first step toward bringing all council services under one login.
